Behar Xharra is the founder of Kosovodiaspora.org, a crowdsourcing digital engagement and diplomacy platform. He has worked on innovation, governance, and policy analysis for various governmental and non-governmental agencies in New York, Pristina, Dhaka, Washington D.C. and Lagos. He is a graduate of the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University. He has been a fellow at the Center for International Conflict Resolution and Harriman Institute at Columbia University. He finished his undergraduate studies at Earlham College.
